Refund and Returns Policy

Since SDLC Infotech Pvt. Ltd. provides digital services such as web development, digital marketing, and IT solutions, our services are not eligible for traditional product returns. However, we do offer revisions, support, and service-related resolutions based on the scope of work agreed upon.

All projects begin only after client approval and confirmation. Once work has started, payments made toward the service are non-refundable.

Certain services cannot be cancelled once initiated, such as hosting purchases, domain registrations, paid advertising budgets, third-party tool subscriptions, or custom development work already completed.

Non-refundable items/services include:

  • Domain and hosting purchases
  • Paid marketing campaign budgets
  • Third-party software or plugin fees
  • Custom development work already executed

To request a service revision or raise a concern, you must provide your project details or invoice number.

Please do not contact third-party service providers directly for refunds related to your project with us.

Partial adjustments may be offered only in special cases:

  • Work not delivered as per the agreed scope
  • Service delays caused from our end
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Requests raised within 7 days of project start

Refunds

Once your concern or refund request is reviewed, our team will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds (only in eligible scenarios) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method or as a credit balance for future services.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@sdlcinfotech.com.

Promotional or discounted services

Services purchased under discounts, offers, or special pricing are not eligible for refunds.

Service Revisions / Changes

We offer revisions based on the package or scope agreed at the start of the project. If you need modifications beyond the approved scope, additional charges may apply.

Project Deliverables

If your project was delivered as agreed, refunds will not be provided. However, we will assist you with minor corrections or clarifications.

If the project was not marked as complete or the client stopped responding, no refund will be issued after 30 days of inactivity.

Service Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the project type, client inputs, and approvals. Delays in providing required information from the client side may extend delivery dates.

We recommend maintaining clear communication with our team for smooth project delivery.
